ZDB is a new intelligent automatic household electric pump with high efficiency and low energy consumption. It is formed by copper winding motor, water pump, sealing and intelligent PLC control system. The motor is asynchronous type. The impeller is vortex type structure providing high lift.

Long service life
Automatic anhydrous power-off: power of the pump will be automatically cut off when the inlet pipe operates for 6 minutes without water inside. Tap water pipe low pressure water shortage protection, automatic protection program activation avoids damage on mechanic sealing under long term operation. 1, 2, 24, start water pump, inspect whether there is enough water inside. If there is no water inside, move to next program until the power is cut off.
Flow control: when the water outlet flow is low, electronic control system will automatically inspect and switch the low flow control in order to ensure normal operation of the pump, pressure control system provides longer service life.
Pump blocking protection: if the pump hasn’t been used for a long period of time, the pump will be compulsorily started and clear the impurity for 10 seconds every 48 hours to prevent the pump from being blocked.
Delay start: the pump will start after the power is connected for 2 seconds to protect the motor and operator.
Delay shutdown: the pump will be shut down after the valve is closed for 5 seconds to ensure normal water supply.
Pressure sensor: ceramic pressure sensor, digital screen as shall indicate the pressure value.
Anti-freezing protection: ceramic pressure sensor is equipment with temperature. When the water temperature is below 4℃， start the pump. When the pump body temperature reaches 60 ℃, anti-freezing will automatically be shut down.
Overload protection: the motor is equipped with inner overheat protection device to prevent the motor burning under abnormal conditions.

The pump is an ideal household water pump with high efficiency and low energy consumption. It can be widely applied for family water supply, well water drawing, tap water pipe pressure charging, garden irrigation, and especially for pressure charging on solar energy pipe of water heater with low water pressure in order to avoid unstable temperature of the water supplied.
The pump can be continuously functional under the conditions below
Transmission medium shall be pure water and the temperature shall be within 0~100℃.
PH value of media shall be around 6.5-8.5.
Maximum solid impurity size no more than 0.1%, particle size no more than 0.2mm.
Power source frequency 50Hz, single phase alternating voltage 220V, voltage fluctuation ranges ±10% of rated value.
When environment temperature is below 0℃, low temperature protection shall be applied. Drainage screw at bottom of the pump shall be loosen and the water inside the pump shall be drained in order to prevent the pump body from being frost-cracked when the pump is not working (automatic type shall ensure that there is no water leakage on pipes).
Instruction for Applying in Different Floors
The photos attached below are: the top floor uses 1-2 taps, and the flow of each tap is 0.8m³/h. Independent water usage height shall be less than 8 meters. Suction height can be accumulated. The pump is suggested to be assembled within water depth of 6 meters. Pipe lose has to be considered and one elbow can be considered as 1 meter of pressure loss.
