ZGD self-priming screw pump(called as pump below for short) is formed by motor, water pump and sealing. The motor is asynchronous type. Major working components of the pump are eccentric screw(rotator) and fixed bushing(stator). Due to the geometrical shapes of rotator and stator, several separate sealed chambers are formed. The rotation of rotator continuously, constantly and uniformly sucks the media in each sealed chamber from the inlet side to the outlet side. The pump impeller is designed with screw type structure.
The pump can provide higher lift and supply the media to higher floor.

The pump can be widely applied for high-rise building water supply, household tap water pressure charging, breed industry water supply and drainage, vegetable greenhouse water supply, garden spray irrigation and well water drawing.
Operation Condition of Self-priming Screw Pump High Lift Home Building Water Delivery Agricultural Irrigation 230V 3/2hp:
Medium temperature shall be within +65℃.
PH value of media shall be around 6.5-8.5.
Maximum solid impurity size no more than 0.1%, particle size no more than 0.1mm.
Power source frequency 50Hz, single phase alternating voltage 220V, voltage fluctuation ranges ±10% of rated value.
Instruction for Applying in Different Floors
The photos attached below are: the top floor uses 1-2 taps, and the flow of each tap is 0.8m³/h. Independent water usage height shall be less than 8 meters. Suction height can be accumulated. The pump is suggested to be assembled within water depth of 6 meters. Pipe lose has to be considered and one elbow can be considered as 1 meter of pressure loss.
